  • 2 Green Onions, Finely Chopped

  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch

  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

  • 20 Sheets of Wonton Wrappers



Step 1:

In a Large Bowl, Mix Together Ground Pork, Cabbage, Carrot, Green Onion, Salt, Sugar, Cornstarch, and Baking Powder

Step 3:
