  • 1 Large Skillet

  • 1 Cutting Board

  • 1 Sharp Knife

  • 1 Toaster Oven


  • 1 Pound Thinly Sliced Flank Steak

  • 1 Red Onion, Thinly Sliced

  • 1 Roasted Red Pepper, Thinly Sliced

  • 4 Ounces Fontina Cheese, Shredded

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 1 Tablespoon Aioli

  • 4 Torpedo Rolls

  • 1 Pound Hand-Cut Fries



Step 1:

Preheat a Large Skillet Over Medium-High Heat

Step 2:

Add the Olive Oil to The Skillet and Swirl to Coat

Step 3:

Add the Thinly Sliced Flank Steak to The Skillet and Cook for 3-5 Minutes per Side, or Until Evenly Browned
