  • 2 Carrots, Diced

  • 2 Celery Stalks, Diced

  • 1 Onion, Diced

  • 1 Tsp. Dried Thyme

  • 1/2 Tsp. Dried Rosemary

  • 1/4 Tsp. Dried Sage

  • 1 Bay Leaf

  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt

  • 1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper

  • 2 Cups Uncooked Egg Noodles

  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley

  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil



Step 1:

In a Large Pot, Heat the Olive Oil Over Medium Heat
