  • 1 Chopping Board


  • 1 Pound of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

  • 1 Onion, Diced

  • 3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced

  • 2 Tablespoons of Chili Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon of Cumin

  • 1 Teaspoon of Smoked Paprika

  • 4 Cups of Chicken Broth

  • 2 Cans of Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies

  • 1 Can of Black Beans, Drained and Rinsed

  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey

  • 1 Tablespoon of Lime Juice

  • 1/2 Cup of Chopped Cilantro

Preheat the Oven to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit
