  • 1 Pound Ground Beef

  • 1 Onion, Diced

  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin

  • 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika

  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1 (15-Ounce) Can Tomato Sauce

  • 1 (14.5-Ounce) Can Diced Tomatoes

  • 1 (4-Ounce Can Diced Green Chilies, Drained)

  • 1/2 Cup Water

  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro Leaves



Step 1:

Heat the Oil in A Large Pot or Dutch Oven Over Medium-High Heat. Add the Ground Beef and Onion and Cook until The Beef Is Browned, About 5 Minutes

Step 2:

Add the Garlic, Chili Powder, Cumin, Smoked Paprika, Oregano, Salt, and Black Pepper and Cook for 1 Minute Longer

Step 3:

Stir in The Tomato Sauce, Diced Tomatoes, Green Chilies, Water, Honey, and Vinegar. Bring to A Simmer and Cook for 10 Minutes

Step 4:

Stir in The Cilantro and Serve with Tortillas or Over Rice. Enjoy!
