  • 1/2 Lb Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined

  • 1/2 Onion, Diced

  • 1 Green Pepper, Diced

  • 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced

  • 1 Can (14.5 Oz) Diced Tomatoes

  • 1/4 Cup Bourbon

  • 3 Tablespoons Molasses

  • 1 Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth

  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream



Step 1:

In a Large Skillet Over Medium Heat, Sauté Chicken, Shrimp, Onion, Green Pepper, and Garlic until Chicken Is Cooked Through and Shrimp Are Pink

Step 2:

Add Diced Tomatoes, Bourbon, Molasses, Cajun Seasoning, Black Pepper, and Chicken Broth. Stir to Combine

Step 3:

Bring to A Simmer and Cook for About 5 Minutes, or Until Sauce Has Thickened

Step 4:

Stir in Heavy Cream and Cook for Another 2 Minutes

Step 5:

Serve Over Rice or Pasta. Enjoy!
