  • Chicken, Cut Into Thin Strips: 1 Pound

  • Yakisoba Noodles: 1 Package

  • Vegetable Oil: 1 Tablespoon

  • Onion, Sliced: 1

  • Cloves Garlic, Minced: 2

  • Carrot, Shredded: 1

  • Head Cabbage, Shredded: 1/2

  • Soy Sauce: 1/4 Cup

  • Chicken Broth: 1/4 Cup

  • Sugar: 1 Teaspoon

  • Black Pepper: 1/4 Teaspoon



Step 1:

In a Large Pot of Boiling Water, Cook Yakisoba Noodles According to Package Instructions. Drain and Set Aside

Step 2:

In a Large Skillet Over Medium-High Heat, Add Vegetable Oil. Once Hot, Add Chicken Strips and Cook until Golden Brown, About 3-5 Minutes

Step 3:
