  • 1/2 Dozen Donut Pan

  • 1 Electric Mixer

  • 1 Bowl

  • Measuring Cups and Spoons

  • 1 Spoon or Small Spatula for Scooping Batter Into the Pan

  • 1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour

  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder

  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda

  • Dash of Salt

  • 1 Egg, Beaten

  • 1/4 Cup Milk

  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil or Melted Butter

  • 1 Tbsp Honey

  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

  • 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips or Raisins
