  • Wok Or Large Frying Pan

  • Stir Fry Spatula

  • 1 Cup Uncooked White Rice

  • 1/2 Lb Fresh Crab Meat

  • 1/4 Onion, Diced

  • 1/4 Green Bell Pepper, Diced

  • 1 Egg, Beaten

  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

  • 1 Garlic Clove, Minced

  • 1 Tbsp Ginger, Minced

  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce



Step 1:

Cook Rice According to Package Instructions
