  • 1 Wooden spoon

  • 1 Measuring cups and spoons


  • 1 lb. of chicken

  • 1/2 onion

  • 1 green bell pepper

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1/4 cup of white vinegar

  • 1/4 cup of olive oil

  • 1 tbsp. of sugar

  • 1 tsp. of salt

  • 1/2 tsp. of black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp. of cumin

  • 1/4 tsp. of chili powder

  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro



Step 1:

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken until browned and cooked through.

Step 2:

Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

Step 3:

Add onion, bell peppers, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, black pepper, cumin, chili powder and cilantro to the skillet and stir to combine.
